Wash and chop the cranberries using a blender or food processor.

Mix the cranberries, jalapeño, cilantro, and red onion together.

Whisk the sugar and lime juice together. Stir into cranberry mixture.

Mix well and chill in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving.
