Korean Curry Rice
Serve this over a batch of Instant Pot Sticky Rice with a side of Mak Kimchi.
Sauté boneless beef short rib and diced onions until nicely browned on all sides.
Add diced potatoes and carrots to the pot.
Add three cups of water to the pot.
Add one prepackaged curry powder or roux to the pot and boil for 8-10 minutes.
Perfect weeknight meal!
