Instant Pot Applesauce
I use Honeycrisp apples for this recipe because they’re my family’s favorite. You can also use: McIntosh, Gala, Fuji, or Golden Delicious.
Chop the apples into 1/8 sections and remove the seeds. Add to Instant Pot.
Add ground cinnamon, brown sugar, sea salt, and vanilla (optional).
Add 1/4 cup water and mix well to incorporate.
Cook on high pressure for five minutes. Allow to natural release.
Use a spoon to mash for a chunky texture or use an immersion blender for smooth.
Enjoy Warm or Cold. Refrigerate Leftovers.
