Salsa Verde Chicken
I use homemade salsa verde, but you can use the jarred kind if you prefer.
Start with 1 lb of chicken to 2 cups of salsa verde.
Add a small amount of salsa verde and place the chicken breasts on top.
Cover the chicken with the remaining salsa verde.
Cook high pressure for 10 minutes. Manual release and check for doneness.
