Ingredients
1lbground beef80/20 or 90/10
1tablespoonhoisin sauce
2tablespoonslow-sodium soy sauce
1tablespoonbrown sugar
1/4teaspoongarlic powder
1/8teaspoonground ginger
6ozbroccoli
Sesame seedsoptional
Instructions
Cut the broccoli into 2-inch pieces. Set aside.
Cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and no longer pink.
Drain any excess grease from the pan and discard.
Over low heat, add the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger to the pan with meat. Mix well to combine.
Add the broccoli to the pan and continue tossing for 6-8 minutes, until crisp tender.
Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds (optional).
