Ingredients

  • Leftover Homemade Whipped Cream- https://farmettekitchen.com/homemade-whipped-cream-recipe/

Instructions

  • Spoon or pipe dollops of whipped cream onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze until solid before transferring to a freezer bag for storage.

Notes

  • Freeze it quickly.  The longer the leftover whipped cream sits out or in the refrigerator, the faster it loses some of its billowy texture.
  • Freeze it in single-serve portions.  (Think what will fit in a mug or for a piece of pie.)
  • Transfer it to a long-term freezer option (airtight bag) quickly, within 24 hours or so before it picks up any unsavory flavors from the freezer.
